Our client, a professional services organisation had just merged two of its largest and most well established divisions. The integration was tough and a pulse survey revealed that people were finding it hard to make the transition to the new world.
We ran diagnostic workshops to uncover the root cause of issues and quickly discovered a consistent challenge in individuals beliefs about the opportunities the new world would bring. Through a communication road show and engagement events we help individuals reframe their personal beliefs about the change (and their new colleagues) and used a workshop format to help individuals network with new colleagues and identify ways of working more collaboratively.
As a result of these sessions engagement scores are now exceeding those of the previous two divisions with a five point increase in scores related to “I believe the new environment brings opportunities to succeed and grow”
We are now taking this approach out to other divisions in the business.
