On Monday 14 January 2014, Andy Wolfe, Arcadia partner will be in Sloane Square unveiling ‘Boris’; a 12ft life-size polar bear sculpture.
One of our core values at Arcadia is about giving back to society, and for the past few weeks Arcadia has been working behind the scenes with friend and wildlife artist Adam Binder in preparing for this event.
The polar bear is used as a symbol of positive change, and the hope is that wildlife art, particularly on this scale will re-ignite the public focus of the plight facing the natural world.
Boris will be in situ for the next 28 days and we hope that with our continued support we can help to raise awareness of an issue that is close to our hearts. Joined by Arctic explorers, media agencies and a number of politicians, Andy will be there from 10am… If you are in the area, drop in and see what we have been up to!
